Welcome to TK Beauty Atelier. We are committed to providing a refined, professional, and personalised beauty experience for every client. Please read the following policies carefully before securing your booking.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and website. By booking services, purchasing products, attending appointments, or using our website you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Services: Bridal makeup, editorial makeup, special occasion makeup, makeup lessons, and related beauty services.

Bookings, Deposits and Cancellations
Booking: Bookings are only confirmed once the non-refundable deposit has been paid and you have received a confirmation from TK Beauty Atelier.
Deposits: Deposit amounts and deadlines will be stated at the time of booking. Deposits secure the date and are non-refundable.
Final balance: The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date in advance of the booking date. Due to the nature of the services provided, booking fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Changes and rescheduling: Requests to reschedule should be made as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. For bridal bookings and other high-demand dates, specific rescheduling windows and fees may apply — these will be stated at booking.
Bridal bookings: These are reserved exclusively for the bride on the confirmed date and time agreed upon at booking. A bridal trial is strongly recommended at least 1 month prior to the wedding day to ensure the final look is fully tailored and perfected in advance. Wedding morning schedules will be carefully planned to allow enough time and create a more calming experience for your special day.
Cancellation by client: Cancellations must be given in writing (email). Cancellation fees depend on timing:
More than 30 days before service: deposit retained; no further fee.
14–30 days before service: 50% of total fee may be charged (including deposit).
Less than 14 days before service: 100% of total fee may be charged.
Specific cancellation terms for large or complex bookings will be provided in writing at booking and take precedence.
Cancellation by TK Beauty Atelier: In the unlikely event that TK Beauty Atelier is unable to attend a booking, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, bereavement, extreme weather, emergency, supplier issues, ‘Acts of God’, circumstances beyond control). In such cases we will endeavour to provide a replacement date or refund any amount already paid (excluding deposit). In addition, every effort will be made to arrange a trusted replacement artist of a similar style and standard where possible. If a replacement artist cannot be secured, all payments made towards the affected booking (excluding deposit) will be fully refunded. Any such circumstance would be communicated with care, transparency, and professionalism, with every effort made to minimise disruption to the client’s experience. We cannot be held liable for consequential losses.
Additional Services
Please note that any additional services or products (e.g. chunni setting) will charged separately, unless they are included in your package. We encourage you to review your package and ensure you are aware of any potential additional costs. All packages will include lashes. If you have any questions or would like to discuss options, feel free to ask our team.
Additional Guests: To maintain a calm and focused environment, additional guests must be agreed in advance and may be limited.
Client responsibilities
Timeliness: Clients should arrive on time. A schedule will be agreed in advance; late arrival may affect the service and could incur additional fees. In certain circumstances, excessively late arrivals may require the appointment to be cancelled, with the booking fee retained.
Preparation: Clients should disclose any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, skin conditions, or recent treatments (e.g., chemical peels, fillers) that could affect service safety or results. TK Beauty Atelier reserves the right to refuse service where a condition may compromise health, safety, or the quality of the application.
Children and pets: Clients must ensure children and pets are supervised and do not interfere with the artist during service.
Price, payment and refunds
Prices: All prices quoted are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change; confirmed bookings will be charged at the price agreed at booking.
Payment methods: We accept the payment methods stated at time of booking. Full payment details will be given on invoices.
Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable except. Refunds for full payments will be issued only where services are cancelled by TK Beauty Atelier or when otherwise required.
Travel fees: Travel fees may apply and will be confirmed at booking.
Travel time: Travel time and set-up/breakdown requirements will be agreed at booking.
Access and safety: Clients are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the premises where services are to be provided.
Products and Trials
Products used: We use professional, branded products. If you have preferences or allergies to certain brands or ingredients, advise us before booking.
Trial: Trial services are strongly recommended for bridal bookings. Trial bookings are subject to the same deposit and cancellation terms as other services.
Health, safety and allergies
Allergies and sensitivity: You must inform us of any allergies, intolerances or skin sensitivities before the service. We are not liable for adverse reactions.
Hygiene and sanitation: Strict hygiene and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Brushes, tools, and products are sanitised between each client in accordance with professional beauty standards. Disposable applicators will be used where appropriate to maintain the highest level of hygiene.
Liability: We will take reasonable care to ensure the safety of clients. However, we cannot accept liability for allergic reactions or other adverse events resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, treatments, or failure to follow aftercare advice. Clients are responsible for informing TK Beauty Atelier of any relevant concerns prior to treatment. By booking services with TK Beauty Atelier Ltd. you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding potential allergic reactions to products used during services:
Acknowledgment of Products: You understand that the products used during your service may contain various ingredients that could potentially cause allergic reactions. All brushes and products are sanitised between each client.
Health Disclosure: You agree to inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities prior to the start of your service. If you are experiencing an active infection or sensitivity we reserve the right to refuse service.
Release of Liability: You hereby release TK Beauty Atelier Ltd. its employees, and contractors from any and all liability for any adverse reactions, including allergic reactions, that may occur as a result of the application of makeup or hair products.
Emergency Response: In the event of an allergic reaction, you agree to seek immediate medical attention and acknowledge that TK Beauty Atelier Ltd. is not responsible for any medical costs or consequences arising from such reactions.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TK Beauty Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from allergic reactions or other adverse effects related to the services provided.
Consent
Once a booking is confirmed, you consent and authorise the use of any photographs/videos taken by TK Beauty Atelier Ltd., it's employees and contractors, to be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, and marketing materials without limitation and or remuneration. You may request that no photos/videos be used, in writing (email) prior to the booking confirmation date.
